My mom sometimes speaks to us in Chinese but I usually just respond to her in English. My mom busts out the Chinese all the time. I mean, I speak Chinese at home sometimes. I get lazy though. I can speak it, but English is easier for me. I can understand it though. If I had to, I could. I’d probably sound like an idiot though. I can’t use big vocab or complicated grammar structures. I’d sound like a baby.
